  • Stock Availability: Orders are subject to stock availability. In the rare event that a book becomes out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a choice between a backorder, alternative title, or full refund.

  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit order quantities at any time prior to dispatch.

  • Prepaid-Only Policy: All orders placed through www.booklookonline.com must be prepaid online in full at the time of checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • International Delivery: International shipments take approximately 10 to 21 business days and may be subject to customs duties and local taxes imposed by the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers must provide complete and accurate postal addresses (including PIN code and mobile number). We are not responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by inaccurate address details provided by the customer.

 

7. Returns, Replacements & Defective Copies

  • Damaged / Defective Items: If you receive a damaged book or a copy with missing pages or printing defects, you must record an unboxing video and notify our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Replacement Policy: Valid claims with photographic or video evidence will be eligible for a free replacement copy or a full refund if the item is out of stock.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Digital products, downloadable content, sample PDFs, and books damaged due to customer misuse are non-returnable.

 

8. Prohibited Conduct
